I have stumbled across this site by pure coincidence, and I can't help but wonder if there is something more to this world. Fairies have notable mentions in almost every culture, and until quite recently in our history, were believed in by much of the population. Perhaps that is why the famous Cottingley fairies were so well received, and believed in for long enough. It wasn't until one of the girls admitted they were faked that the world truly stopped believing in them. I can't say I have yet.
In a world where there are infinite possibilities, I don't for one moment doubt that there could be such creatures as fairies, somewhere, in another dimension, in another world- or perhaps, right under our noses.
So, without further adieu, I will introduce myself. My name, as you can probably tell, is Quet. This is another name for the common guillemot, a wonderful creature, though not quite as rare and spectacular as fairies. I love birds, and basically anything that can fly- it's rather fitting that I would have just as much of a fascination with Aves, as I do with the elusive, flittering fairies. I'm from England originally, now living further north in another part of the United Kingdom. I shan't disclose my age, though I know that many of you already have, for the sole reason that I do not wish for it to be held against me. I am here for the same reason as you all- to discover the truth, and to find what we truly seek.
